I was born in Italy, raised and educated in Europe & Canada (Italy & Germany), coming to Canada is a child at 10. I love Canada and have always felt free in this country – free to learn, experience and just do.

Over the years, my experiences have led me to having many successes in the world of finance; with investment dealers, mortgage brokers, mutual funds, start ups and venture capital scenarios funding startups, small cap and mid range companies.

New opportunities have led me to funding private entities and in some cases taking them public on primarily Canadian exchanges through reverse take-overs or IPO’s.

I have also operated on not-for-profit and for-profit boards, in different positions of responsibility and with all this, I’ve been given a very well rounded view of the world.

At this time, I see a great need in providing supporting structures for new visionaries and pioneers, primarily in the sectors of Environment – Water – Food and Health. There is a gap right now where many investors are looking to invest in human and purpose-driven businesses instead of simply looking for a return on their dollar for the sake of greed. Instead, we are seeing a shift- a Renaissance in the way we think, a Renaissance in the way we invest and build the world of the future.
